Arda Kutluk was born in Ankara in 1992 and began drawing under the tutelage of Cezmi Orhan in 2010. He worked as an Art Director for three years, gaining significant experience in visual design and creative processes. Transitioning to photography and video, he enriched his creative journey and honed his technical skills. He has executed photo and video projects across various sectors, including industry, defense, government, gastronomy, documentaries, and fashion.

In 2021, he worked on the second season of the "Pavyon" documentary as a Final Mix expert and subsequently took on roles as a cinematographer and post-production director for numerous commercials and promotional films in 2021 and 2022. In 2023, he served as Focus Puller for the feature film "Breakfast with the Killer" produced by Oda Yapım and directed action sequences for a global commercial for TR Fight Stick’s gaming console, while also creating a commemorative photo series.

Currently, Arda provides production training, consultancy services to brands, and engages in personal creative projects.
